1. How many LIVE workout classes can I attend?

As many as you'd like!

2. Can I do both LIVE workout classes and 5K run?

Yes, absolutely. If you have time to enjoy every activity that we offer, you are more than welcome to try them all!

3. Can I bring my dogs or children with me?

Yes, dogs and children are welcome on the course, as long as they remain with you at all time.

4. Can I form a team to compete with?

Yes, we do have an optional choice to form a team (no limit on the number of team members). If you would like to form a team, please indicate so on your registration form. Unfortunately, we do not have a registration rate specific to teams only so all members will have to register independently and mark on their form that they will be part of a team. Price is 20$ or 23$ per member, depending on when they register.

5. What is the purpose of having a team?

You can do anything with your team. You can form a team to run (or walk) the 5K with, race against each other or even race against another team.

6. Is this a timed race?

Yes, our race is timed.

7. Can I walk instead? 

Absolutely.

8. Will there be winners?

The fastest female and male runners will win a gift card AND of course, bragging rights!
